Software Developer
We are looking for visionary and creative software engineers to join our development team. The perfect candidate will have excellent design, coding, and problem-solving skills; a demonstrated ability to work both independently and in an aggressive, small team environment; and a strong desire and the enthusiasm to succeed at the frontier of e-commerce. Knowledge of SQL and C/C++ or Java is essential, as is familiarity with Unix application programming. Experience with full life-cycle development a must. Knowledge of object-oriented design is a strong plus, as are excellent verbal and written communication skills. B.S. in computer science or equivalent experience is also required.

Web Designer
The Web development team works with editorial, software, and design team members to create optimized HTML pages and templates for client web sites. Successful candidates will have an excellent working knowledge of HTML, experience with Perl and/or C, familiarity with the internet and current trends in Web technology, and the desire to learn appropriate new technologies. Exposure to databases and their design, structure, and implementation on the Web is highly desired. Experience with SGML, XML, Java, or graphics software such as Photoshop is a plus. The Web developer must be able to work independently as well as with a team, and be able to effectively explain the options and limitations of HTML to both technical and nontechnical audiences. Flexibility, intellectual curiosity, and a sense of humor are all musts. All candidates must have Unix and Windows 95 experience. Source code samples and URL samples with a cover letter and résumé are required.

Project Manager
The project managers are responsible for managing the entire life cycle of company-implemented technologies, gathering functional requirements, and writing project proposals that support corporate objectives. This position requires excellent interpersonal and interdepartmental skills, along with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. The ideal candidate must have demonstrated project coordination abilities, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills. Excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to develop and comprehend technical issues are required. A degree in business, information systems, or computer science is preferred, or equivalent industry experience, and at least 3 years of successful project management experience.
